Good news for 21 North Street as plans are in the works to give its front elevation a much-needed refresh! This application for listed building consent aims to swap out the current cement render for a traditional lime render and a new mineral paint system. It's wonderful to see efforts being made to preserve the character of our historic buildings right here in St Austell.
